I offer yoga therapy, an individualized yoga practice for all aspects of your life. I specialize in helping teens, adults, and caregivers learn ways to help ease the discomfort in their physical body or emotional health.
Therapeutic Yoga invites you to apply yoga for quality of life through movement, explore breathing techniques, and experience self-awareness using yoga principles. Together, we will create best practices for your overall well-being. In our yoga therapy sessions, we can explore habits you wish to change or create, daily intake, personal and repetitive movement, and mindfulness practices to best fit your individual needs.
I am an E-RYT500 certified yoga teacher and C-IAYT yoga therapist with over 12 years of trained certification and experience in the study and practice of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. I enjoy my own personal yoga practice, group classes, private sessions and CEU training. My teaching style includes an emphasis on yoga movement, meditation, relaxation, anatomy, and physiology.
