How I benefit from Yoga & Yoga Therapy?

  

I have enjoyed personal yoga practice and training for more than 12 years.   Introduced to Yoga in 2009, I found myself immersed in my own personal yoga practice.  In 2011,  I needed to regain focus after experiencing a personal loss. During my grief, the positive effects discovered from a yoga practice led me into more in-depth research and understanding of yoga philosophy, mindful movement and anxiety release.  That's where yoga therapy entered into my life.

 Today, my yoga therapy helps me to navigate through personal health, past trauma, stress within the workplace , and spiritual life.
